Crystal Dunn and Allie Long

If what Allie Long and Crystal Dunn accomplished for the U.S. national team Thursday night wasn't a record, it certainly was a rarity.

The former Albertson Fury standouts scored all of the goals for the Americans in their 4-0 triumph over Russia in an international friendly at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, Texas.

Long and Dunn each tallied twice in the win before a capacity crowd.

Dunn, 24, who hails from Rockville Centre, N.Y., has found the net 20 times in 49 international appearances while the 29-year-old Long, who comes from Northport, N.Y., has scored all five of her goals for the national side by using her head.

If you missed the match, here is a look at each of their goals:

Dunn: 1-0 in the 10th minute:

Long: 2-0 in the 18th minute:

Dunn: 3-0 in the 41st minute:

Long: 4-0 in the 70th minute:
